I highly doubt those number, those equipments are pre 0.82, which means even if they're legendaries many have below legendary stats ranges

i.e the boots of slaughter have -31% ADB or a mere 22% ADB on magnificent ranges. 1.5 mil for that? No offense, even with the equipment level unassigned, that sounds like a scam...
the shielding plate protection even only have 2PAB with far below current legendary block bonus standard

bazaar, there's little to no reason of having non holy/dark katalox, not to mention katalox itself isn't that popular either even on dark/holy.

don't bother with slaughter wakizashi
people prefer nimble for the parry on dw/niten, or battlecaster with specific element prefix for 1h-mage.

stats are low, though the level is also low, but at that level most usually already move to heavy.
50-100k maybe, could be sold for more if you slap higher price and wait for buyer, but I doubt it could touch 300-500k ranges.
