Kites needs to have at least 89% Block to be inside the equivalent force shield range.
I wouldn't salvage that one though. It's Reinforced SDE, so maybe someone would want one like that for its low interference and absence of need of Defense Matrix Modulator for forging.

Much higher. Fiery isn't especially desirable but burden/interference on a waki are fairly negligible, so for comparison, hc_br has a peerless eth nimble waki listed for 40mil. Barring the prefix (I guess I'd prefer hallowed or demonic, personally) this is the optimal offhand for DW for survival reasons - you should be able to reach 95% parry with that and a slaughter rapier mainhand, fully forged.

I would not sell that for anything less than 20mil, and that would still be a fairly good price for the buyer. That said, the market for buyers for that sort of weapon is not particularly large, so do not auction it - you'll run the risk of the right buyers not having the credits at the time, or simply not catching it. List it in a shop, wait for a good offer, or keep an eye out for WTB threads. A peerless weapon will not really depreciate in value in the long run, so there is no need to rush to sell it!

I do buy Mag Reinforced Lvl200-300, provided that they have a proper suffix. And they do sell as well. That one in particular is too high level and has one of the very wrong suffixes, but still.

That's why i dared to say 5m. People have better options & their tolerance toward the prefix is unpredictable. The more popular fiery of balance sold @4m, might be unluckily as you said.
