this should be in some of advices:
Magnificent Phase with 3 PABs and Charged/Radiant/Mystic prefix = very sellable, because it's very good for players who don't do mage but wanna try - usefull and not so expensive stuff. and some cahsback via salvage.

It worth the price of HGW. Staffs have stricter requirement to worth anything.

I know savage is usually the desired prefix and people want shadow dancer but Does this have any value? really high rolls for everything but the stats.

It's a legendary, but the block chance is quite low for a legendary. It's not SDE either (but SEA). Buyers will still see it as temporary shield, not last shield they gonna buy. So maybe 100k-300k

It depend on forge material sunk into it. The base equipment itself "isn't so great" with proficiency bonus at 18%. The base is around 4m. Take a look at this. As I cannot calculate how much material spent (or you can salvage) due to my inexperience with forging, you must estimate it yourself.

It is the forging material. Full forged is about 16m, this is half forged, so 8m is a steal. It is totally worth 8m.
