Based in the general knowledge of the percentile ranges: it means it has damage equal to Magnificent equipment... When the number is positive or doesn have the minus it mean that the value is XX% of the max damage it can do as legendary (Thats why all peerless have 100%), but when it is negative, it means it doesnt even reach the legendary stats, so it has magnificent stats.

Thats how i understand that.

If anyone can help with more info or the correct definition of the negative numbers, tell me too.

About the Price check: Yeah i think it hardly can be valued 50k with those stats and level.

ADB too low to start a bidding war - could be 100k-1mil for a niten starter weapon for someone, but wouldn't hold your breath for much interest at an auction
