So I would like to ask for price estimation on this ethereal rapier (in this week's auction).

Is it worth more than 5-6m?

I looked through about 70 auctions and I have found some interesting prices and for some, I'm not exactly sure why.
(Some are for the purpose of comparison)

Eeeeeeh no, I think more than 5mil would be massive overpay. Eth rapier of slaughter could be v nice for DW pfest going for max parry, but... yeah, if it were 90%+ parry I'd price it ~10mil, but in its current state, not quite there. Still rather nice!

Also, it's still worth as much as someone's willing to pay for it, so it might go higher. Market's too small to be consistent tbh

It's probably worth around 5~6m. The current people bidding on it are roughly equal wealth to us, so it's a fair fight. People have different viewpoints on the importance of parry so it's luck as to who is bidding. ADB determines the rough value and it drops from there if all the people bidding like parry.

The parry on this rapier fairly good so it shouldn't work against its value. Other side stats are not good so I wouldn't want it myself unless it were in the 2~4m range. Most other people don't care about those side stats so they rarely affect pricing.

"timing" is the point
actually, parry is nothing for end-game user
but any too low stat always make them frenzied (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/cool2.gif)

A lot of high bids are "I need to go, stop outbidding me" type. Too dependent on competition than on item.
After adb - PA chance, parry, crit, dex, str all matter. Beyond 5mil I'd say it entirely depends on your wallet than the item if you should bid on it, reselling at the same price could take very long.
