Seems like the rolls are okay aside from mitigation. And it's hard to find Mag gear with not completely useless suffixes already at this level range. Then again I'm not sure if there are many people using light at low-mid levels in the first place

Leather armor is probably better than anything else before 230 or so, heavy armor starts being useful a bit later once a player's more acclimated to the PL jump. But shade isn't great because of 0 piercing mitigation, and having sufficient defense is the main obstacle for low-level players. So I wouldn't think low-level Mag shade would be worth much at all.

Too high level for a magnificent leather, it's not a matter of suffix.
At that level legendary reinforced is barely usable, the other stuff is junk

It's really hard.

Non-Peerless leather is junk. Peerless leather is only 50k-200k.

Mag shade is junk. L Negation and Fleet is junk too. So what remains is Legendary Shadowdancer and Legendary Arcanist (and maybe Savage Fleet). Other Legendaries will be worth less than 50k.
