Congratulations! That is one of the best drops possible. Price depends on how many catgirls want this in their collection. But yeah, this can't sell for less than 25 m.

I bought my Peerless Arctic Rapier of Slaughter for 40M, overpaied a bit but totally worth.

If you plan to play 1H don't sell this weapon, you cannot get one better, Hallowed or Demonic Rapier are better only to kill Schoolgirls in the top 3 arena but you can use infusions for this, while if you play anithung else Artctic is the best you can get.

Anything else would prefer ethereal though. I'm considering making an offer but I think he would be better off to keep or auction it.

I have a great ethereal dark rapier at forge 100 so I'd waste this as collection. I may use it later but at low level I want ethereal, even on 1H. And I'd never salvage my current rapier for a peerless arctic, so I'd have to forge another 15m to make it useful.

Another option is to use it without soulfuse and sell it afterward. In this case I recommend getting But5Fat4, anything less and you won't get paid for the IW when you sell. Avoid forging. If you do, upgrade only the necessary stats. Don't forge Accuracy, Cold Spell Damage, and Agility, not even to level 5, because a collector may not want your rapier anymore.

If you have no intention of using it then the best way to sell it is plain as it is now.

That's THE endgame rapier if you want to play 1H, so "better rapier" doesn't exist. I would either sell it as is or use it permanently. But up to you I guess.

Edit: Well, I guess it's not permanent if the Boss changes the damage/etc. formula again. But I highly doubt he'll do that.
