Magnificent Jade Force Shield of Deflection

Well, no, it's not valuable. Too low Block-level. And in shields, Block is the only stat that realy makes it valuable.

I use a Script called HV Equipment Comparison to check the numbers. But you select an item, press c, and in the pop-up window hover your mouse over the stat and see the base value. Then check the wiki equipment ranges, and see how good or bad your base values are.

Fat4l has made a great manual for this, look for the thread "how do I know my equimpent is any good'

I think it's not too bad - someone level 200-300 would probably be happy to have it - though not so much because the stats are great (they're just meh), but just due to the fact it's a very low level Mag force shield.

It's certainly somewhat desirable if the right person comes along, but that sort of person isn't going to want to pay much (say, more than 70k) for something temporary like that.

no, but leather are basically useful only at low level. for example you yourself are already too high to find them useful.
there are exceptions but they are not even relevant in the market.

no, they're going mage at high levels because they couldn't do it efficiently at low levels.
if low-mid levels mage are as efficient as at high levels, everybody would go mage from low levels.

if AoE is the only reason to go mage at high levels, then there should be enough love for 2handed and niten, but no.
