The difference is mostly the interference... but if you consider the general stats Plate just have mittigation, while power gives you Attack crit, Crit chance, damage and accuracy...

If you looking for only mittigation you can get a leather.

I actually could use those, would give 70k. On decondelite's auction would probably net you 100k+, not sure how long will take though.
But as is said in the OP post, you should probably wait for a more impartial opinion, as I obviously hunger for new melee pants.

Salvage those one can get 4 Repurposed Actuators back, so I don't recommand to sell it for 70K.

In my defense: I only used forge upgrades for my 1h until now. I did underestimate the price quite a lot, it seems.

That's a top-tier Estoc right here, congrats.

Anyway, it's a completely different weapon from a mace.
And with the current meta I wouldn't advice using a mace above level 200.
So stick with the Estoc if you want to play 2H.
