Between 400-450, some, but not much. Below 400 they can go for a few hundred thousand, above 450 they don't go for 50k.

Your level is quite low, so you might find someone who would buy it for a bit more tha the scrap value. Isn't gonna make you rich, though

Suffix isn't the best, but the block value is good. And low level. Defenitely worth something. 100k? 200k? even more?

I'd suggest sending it to auction if you want the maximum revenue. It's hard to accurately predict the final price of an item, but you should easily be able to get more than 200k. Priorities for a shield are: 1. Block, 2. even more Block, 3. PABs. Prefix and suffix etc don't really matter. Your shield offers pretty amazing Block (~38, with general concensus being that ~37 block is soulfuse-worthy) and STR DEX AGI stats which are almost ideal as well (STR DEX END being best, but AGI for END is tolerable).
Long story short, a player can use this shield even beyond lvl 400, so reaching maybe 500k or even more with some heathy competition doesn't seem impossible to me.

Battlecaster is best as waki (200k-400k). Rapier is worse but OK, though the buyer would have to be OK not settling for the best type. 100k-250k is my guess.

suffix on a force shield is basically worthless. its aim is to block, not to mitigate. only one worth to check is Barrier (or perhaps Battlecaster/Nimble as second choices) on Bucklers

Depends on the heat of the last minute. Helmets seem to be one of the most dropped pieces, hence they have less request.
I would say 5-7M.
Couple of months ago it would have been easily way pass the 10m, but i don't know if there are any rich guys still looking for helmets.
It has good rolls, so people will contest it at the last minute and it's all about the heat of the moment (many go over what they would have normally offered for the same piece).

Not too easy to answer, the possible price variation isn't too small. Shade isn't that popular, so there's not much demand. Fleet is meh - high level ordinary Fleet almost never gets minimum bid of 50k. Shadowdancer is better - but your Fleet is Savage and has above average ADB.

In auction, I'd expect an ending price of 50k-150k (usually just 50k though, due to low demand. many at that level have the cheapish stuff they want already). In a shop, I could vaguely imagine 150k-400k selling within a reasonable time.

The issue is connecting with someone who uses Shade and really wants Savage more than they want Shadowdancer.
