Since I'm at it, I was wondering the same thing about this one: Magnificent cobalt plate cuirass of dampening (that I don't plan to sell right now, but I'd probably try at the same price when I do)

It's a classic: as I'm desperate because I don't drop a primary weapon, I buy one.

Is it worth anything or even self-usable?

people is under the wrong impression that ADB means everything in this game. it's indeed relevant, but it seems not so influent to me once you reach IW10.
if it has decent enough rolls (read: L-tier), then it's at least usable. also, it has Illithid suffix which it's probably the best among all those siphon suffixes for someone at your level. maybe not worth soulfusing, but at least self-usable - just as future references, since you already soulfused it

waki of balance isn't the best for DW build. personally i really prefer Nimble, especially for PF. but in case you really want to keep going with that one you may want to try to unlock a bit of Overpower. i'd say at least 4-5 levels between your two weapons combined

Yeah, as the answers were more in the "self use" range, I decided to make it fully self-use.
Now I use a club in main hand and the rapier off hand. Damage is reasonnable and tanking is not that bad.

I was going to say: use it but don't soulfuse it.

Whatever, hope that later on you will not need 500 soul fragments for anything else and have to wait one week and half (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

No, but it's still unauctionable on a normal auction.
Even legendaries struggle to get 50k if not shadowdancer.

Yes, 5,000 sounds like fair deal for both, IMHO. Maybe you *can* get a few thousands bucks more, but I will not on your place. =)

No prefix, so almost untradeably, I think =(
Better salvage it - ~10,000 for HGW is good money.
