Mhhhh.... there are stuff that can be worth more than 50k (the phases are interesting), but there are others that won be more valuable than 10k... and the level isnt helping them. My humble opinion on each: 1.- sadly no slaughter, but also shortsword... 10k at max. 2.- Two handed and balance... bazzar or try to sell it (but pretty sure the last option will be almost impossible). 3.- at that level mace? Nope. bazaar or try sell it for 10k... if possible. 4.- Nice stats! for a very bad staff (help here, but pretty sure curse weaver isnt good nor popular).. however (maybe) there is some one around there interested in it for the stats.., just wait for the right dude. 5.- Not the best, but heimdall. maybe 50k in auction. 6.- Demon fiend... Salvage or wait for anyone interested. 7.- Better than the previous one, 50k+ in some auction. 8.- Bazaar. 9.- Negation. pretty much useless at that level. Mage barely exists before lv310, low-level mage gears have zero demand, and the least quality should be magnificent

Usually, price check is "only" for pieces from magnificent (not often) to peerless quality, thats why you wont see exquistes here often.

I'm not sure about the shades, but I think they are not good enough. The staff is matching, but low in stats and only magnificent. Don't think that will sell at your level. the power armor is pretty good. I'd say 50-100k.
