Given it's out of my jurisdiction, I'm afraid all you'll ever get from it is the start price (50k) in super's or kedama's auctions.

Trash aswell. That suffix is rhedibitory, even with that prefix. A simple Legendary Whateverelse of Protection is much better than that. I know some players are naive and think that Reinforced makes things automatically good, but they're wrong. Reinforced isn't even remotely equivalent to Protection: it may buff the individual Crushing/Slashing/Piercing, but it does not mitigate all other types of physical attacks, them being Void, but also Fire/Cold/.../Dark.

My first peerless drop! And a few other things that might not be *completely* worthless. Thoughts?

Well, the peerl is at least a 50k for scremaz. (i wonder how long he will still buy them)
The Power Gauntlets i guess could be worth between 100 and 300k. Maybe a bit more, the damage is quite nice, but PA arent. Leg Kite Shield is a HG Wood and some scraps each. The frugal cotton shoes could be worth something, but i dont know how much. The other cotton is imo just a HG Cloth and some scraps each.

And with 33.66 it is still above Leg min of 31.95 for a non slaughter rapier, so i dont see anything special there.

Robe -> worst slot for cotton
Frugal -> not needed for elemental mage
Prof 0% -> bad.

I'd say maybe, maybe you could get more than 18k by selling... But I'd suggest to sell the High-Grade cloth
