Both legendaries are good for auction.

Fisrt one has an insane good parry (300k+), the second is just ok (maybe 100k or a little more).

The magnificent dont have very good stats... and the level of those are just high for decondelite'a Auction (unless he say he want them for auction).

The best idea for the mags, for me, is bazaar.

Personally I wouldn't buy it for the first two stats, that are the most important before the third one.
But who knows...

You can correct me if you want, but why would the crit of a waki actually matter? You would want it for its parry, for a DW set, so as off-hand and is the crit of the off-hand not just ignored? (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

Well, Uncle, if you use a Waki on a DW set, you use it for a defensive style, so you use Nimble, not Balance.
Balance indirectly boosts your damage in exchange for not boosting parry, so it has another use.
Using Rapier + Waki of Balance in DW is quite pointless, Club+Rapier does this work way better.

Waki of Balance is not meant for DW, but for Niten style, that can only use a Wakizashi as an Offhand.
Balance means guaranteed offhand hit and a modest boost on Crit Chance.
So yeah, ADB and Crit are the first stats you should search for on a Balance Waki. Then a good parry is appreciated.

What I'm saying is that you want ADB and Crit on a Balance Waki, so you can successfully make good use of it in a Niten Ichiryuu set.

DW style -> waki of nimble, since there's a parry bonus. i wouldn't think about other options.

niten style -> no parry bonus, so one usually wants to go for crit chance, thus balance. of course you can still use nimble, but it will have worse performance than with DW. btw, 100% offhand ACC is only a collateral - remember that even with a non-balance you'll have >92% offhand chance at your level.
slaughter is another option, but i'd still go for balance, unless you're really high level and plan to forge the hell out of that.

I think that with the small ADB of waki, the -20% ADB on offhand, I would prefer not missing 1 offhand hit out of 12 and critting a little more often. Personally, of course.

I don't remember if sssss2 ever said something about this. I only know he has a very good niten set and he changed a couple of peerless wakis in it (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Well, Divine Prof (31% L), Int, Wis, Evade and Pmit are Legendary, Agi is basically legendary too, it's Charged.
300-500k probably.

Yes, there is still a market for those, the best option for them is : Auction.
