I think it's all right, because a gear's location on the L-scale is generally what determines its value - even when the gear is actually only Mag instead of Leg. A 0% or more stat on most gears is generally quite easy for anyone to get past level 330, so we can say that pretty much everything below 0% is trash.

I know saying "-29%" might sound odd, but it communicates all the important information, for me at least. (and I haven't memorized any of the base stat ranges)

of course. but such -29% is trash more because bounded at lv 373, rather than -29%. the same -29% bounded to lv150 would be kind of a blessing for who recieved it (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

yeah, figured as much... off to the bazaar it is with the mag -29% block force.

This one can go either way, really. EDB roll is the bare minimum and PABs are also crappy. It is a Radiant Heimdall though. A Radiant Robe with low EDB reached 8.7m in Super's last auction just today, but on the other hands Gaunts slot is more likely to be filled with Cotton of Proficiency...

Welp, that's almost hilarious.
Mag radiant usually go for 50-200k.
But this, since it's legendary, will go anyway for some millions.
The power of some text digits that say "legendary" instead of "magnificent" (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Or the other way around: this estoc has 5 Legendary stats then has M-0,55 DEX, and Mag Bur, Acc and Spell Damage (the 3 useless ones), enough to make it Magnificent (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Shielding/Protection i think has 100% always sold till today. The level might be high, but as i said, it's collection gear.
