Most would tell you "no", but Mag Phases aren't that common around lvl 350, so let's say that you may still get 50k out of it. Not in the auctions I fear.

Guys, when you're under level 350, you can't really afford being picky on the stats of a Legendary. Having the good prefix and suffix is already excellent, whatever the stats (unless it's pre-0.82 of course). The value will drop only if it's really something like 0-10% ADB and things like that.
But in the other hand, if you happen to stumble upon something that is endgame and reachable at that level, then the price skyrockets.

You may want to check what is the absolute percentage of a stat compared to Peerless someday, really.

Well you, me, and lololo estimated reasonably closely (we all had 300k written) so we are in decent agreement. gianfrix, I think that rapier is 22% adb not 6%. I agree with what was said about 0-10% adb but it kind of applies to 20% adb as well. A level 250 guy would love that rapier but a level 320 guy should be looking for better (but since they are hard to find, may also buy things like this, as I have been doing).

Magnificent max on a rapier is 40% adb so the pricey legendary rapiers start at this number. Very low level would inflate the price badly but level 342 is not that low. Although rapier damage is low, the variance between damage min and max is greater than the other weapon types. The absolute difference between lmin and lmax adb is a 20% damage increase (equal to Butcher Level 10, and about a 5% increase in actual damage depending on your other equipment).

I would say 300k at most. Halloweds and Demonics do worth a lot. Bids should exceed 10m easily if adb is over 90%.

But 22%adb is just crap, not worth soulfusing. Not to say that a Lv240 will have to spend 1500 fragments on this crap. I self-dropped my ethereal one at lv292(62%, quite low (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) ). Never thought of soulfusing. I'd rather throw it in decondelite's auction and get a free million once I find a better one. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

L rapiers of S becomes quite common at around lv350. One should be able to find better ones in a few weeks of auctions.....

crap prefix and suffix but still relatively low for level (and by relative I mean you don't need to be in the 300s to soulfuse it). I'd rather somebody be able to get good use out of it than salvage for the RAs.

Evaluation: Not a very good drop based on stats.

Best course of action: Send it to decondelite's auction, even if it is not good, rapier + balance are good for low level players (as first try choice in 1H or 2H) and for the low level it is possible to get around 50k or more.

If dropping your stamina by failing to answer riddle increases Leg drop chance, then a lot of newbies who can't distinguish ponies from each other would be getting Leg everyday.
