Arcanist is quite junky, especially for low-level players, and yours is only Exq. Probably worth only bazaar sell price.

(Remember that intel is worthless for melee, and Wis isn't too great either past the lowest levels)

I think it's all right, because a gear's location on the L-scale is generally what determines its value - even when the gear is actually only Mag instead of Leg. A 0% or more stat on most gears is generally quite easy for anyone to get past level 330, so we can say that pretty much everything below 0% is trash.

I know saying "-29%" might sound odd, but it communicates all the important information, for me at least. (and I haven't memorized any of the base stat ranges)
