Both are very, very uncertain in terms of value. They are very eye catching for their level, absolutely no doubt about it, but they fill a very little niche and don't have desirable stats at the same time.
It's pretty much guarantted that these pre-0.82 will fool the average player of Level 200-250, because "hey they're legendary!". But let's be honest: for legendaries they are very bad. Their ADB and parry are an epic joke compared to modern equipment: Superior/Exq range for the ADB, Mag/Exq for their parry. I'm even wondering what made them legendary, given how they're sub-par almost everywhere.
If you want a reasonable price that takes the pros and cons and reflects their actual usefulness, I'd say 20k each. They're still equivalent to a good Exq or an entry Mag. If you want to try exploiting their
legendary status, I fear that 50-60k is the very most you could ever get out of these, because Wakis aren't popular anyway.
