No it is 47%.. but for a MAg is pretty awesome... SADLY, it its power of the warding... and few ppl like them... ANYWAY! at that level you can try to sell it for 50k or so (only for the ABD).

i didn't do all the math, but probably 95% on its own tier (Magnificent). which isn't wrong, but if you use Equipcomparison-based scripts (like Toolbox), they will give you a number referred to L range, which is the reason because you'll see a 47% when you'll use the tool.

those suggestions probably came from people who didn't remember/know how hard may be to find gears at that level range.

It's lacking STR so it's probably something like >60 damage lost because of it, a good ADB means nothing when you miss the most important PAB.
No one should care much for suffixes on armors before level 300, but getting 3 PAB mag is really important.

It's a decent 20k-50k armor for beginners only (given the very low level), and beginners usually aren't rich enough to pay more (and they shouldn't for a bad mag).

Very decent. Anyone who frets over the suffix being Warding instead of Protection is a fool.

All three PABs, and high enough ADB to register well on the L-scale (48%). Very wearable. Only things that could really make them any better is Balance/Slaughter Suffix.

That's the sort of lucky find that I'd be willing to soulfuse for 500 shards and not have to worry about buying new pants for a really long time.
