Low level niten is quite good...if you mean lv 100. Then yeah, niten+heavy works wonders.
After lv 200 it's quite bad, until 350-400+
Also feathering it is a no-go, you can't remove all the burden.

If you really want to be burdened and you don't care you go for 82~ base adb, not 80.55
The difference becomes quite noticeable if you start to forge it a bit.

I sold two demonic ones with similar adb. One was low level.
They needed 2 or 3 auctions each before getting a starting bid :/
