I haven't gotten any legendaries from random encounters (usually the best way I think) for almost 2 months now. I don't know what happened...

Maybe there is some bug or secret legendary weather feature in the game. I had noticed that all reports of legendaries seemed to drop in the last month, although of course the really active players still get them.

I actually got 2 this week alone. But, more often legendaries dropped for you, more wanting you become. Especially when both of them is rather trash.

Takanashi, I am not good with prices so I'll let someone else answer, but now you don't need ST-Ru's equipment anymore. Just use that one. It has extremely low of both burden and interference, very nice. (Most other people don't care about that, though).

That 3rd: I think piyin's estimate is a bit optimistic. Robe is the worst slot for proficiency cloth. Can't imagine anyone using that.
