actually not. if we're speaking about 1H, the best prefixes are Hallowed, Demonic and Arctic (the latter coming because Fire is the best Spike Shield).
if we're speaking about DW, then Ethereal kicks in as well. but not enough to justify these crazy prices you see every now and then. most likely a relic from the past.

The low level is nice, but block is mediocre and PABs are not the best. Maybe 50-100k.
