u better keep it and use it bro. Its a good gear for a low level player like you. Even if u sell it it would only sold for a cheap amount of credits because low level player dont have much money/credits and hight level player are looking for the slaughter suffix instead of balance or other suffix. 1.- Keep it, for your level it is better if you are using power heavy armor.
2.- Sell it for 50k or so (i will buy it).

Balance is good even for high level players. I paid 900k ( (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/cry.gif) ) for a shade piece when I was level 199. If you want to sell it you can get like 200-300k (you can specify the starting bid if you send it to an auction or you can put it in a shop).

But, like the others said, it's better if you use it for a while

You'd very very surprised how many credits a low level player can throw in out of a tantrum. I already sold several pieces for more than 50kC before.

Anyway, in all cases, dropping a legendary when low level always equals using it yourself. And then sell it only once you've gained a lot of levels and found something even better.

Prices for pieces like these are pretty hard to gauge for me since there are very few examples via SmartSearch.

Those prices are more for an ethereal, I guess. Seems a good incoming to me.
