On a related note, is ADB 59% Parry 76% on a slaughter really so pitiful?

I get how Slaughter is structurally challenging for an off hand weapon, just curious what you would consider reasonable for ADB on a Slaughter weapon...

The roll mean very little. It's like having an unmatching staff with peerless mdb and edb, or a balance katana with peerless adb. They are pretty underwhelming compared to mere low-rolls matching stuff.

I don't exclude you could make a little more than 20-30k, but personally I would've bazaared that like, 3 seconds after dropping it (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/duck.gif)
