Utterly terrible MDB, bad prefix combination. If it was a higher level the answer would be a flat "No".
You still can get at least 50k out of it out of auctions, if it doesn't get denied. Maybe you could get lucky?

Say, on 1H weapons.. why is ethereal valued so much more than the other types anyway? The only difference between, say, an arctic hollowforged axe and an ethereal coldstrike axe is the burden, interference, and spell damage bonus, right?

But 1H wants burden, the interference is small, and although niche I'd imagine 1H mage wants the spell damage. Is it the possibility of reforging it as many times as needed to get whatever strike your current build wants? Is it because it's useful before fully IWing it? What?

I'd favor any elemental over an ethereal when playing 1H. If I can reduce my evade a tiny bit, it's all good.

That's what frankmelody used in his holy mage build.
My guess is that average monster resist increases with the time (more high-level chaosed monsters) so katalox heaven-sent builds are nowhere as good as oak builds, but it's still pretty viable, in particular when paired with radiant phases.
