1) <500k, charged is good, your level is low, but the EDB is basically LMin and it's also of surtr.
2-3) either unsellable or ~50k to low-level mages (which are pretty uncommon)

I don't understand why that one would be denied. It's in the higher range of Mags, it has a good suffix and its level is not too high.
