I honestly doubt that, it has low EDB even within magnificents.
A plain prefixed phase with 70+% EDB range is better, so I doubt you can get high bids, unless someone is blinded by the radiant prefix.

I highly doubt that low level playzrs would ever want such a piece of armor. Not because it is bad, but because it definitely won't fit any of the traditional uses.

I can offer 10kC for this one, I have a very accurate idea of what I could do with it.
