Certainly not high grade cloth like SleepDealer said.
A magnificent of that level is quite rare, especially a phase part. It's a perfect gear for one to make his first steps as elemental mage.

Can certainly go for 50k, but I don't know if it'd go in an auction. I'd totally display it in my shop, though I'd buy it 42500 to cover my 15% fee before displaying it 50k, according to my shop rules.
