First, although it can't be sold (bazaar-bought), I want to know if this rapier is worth soulbonding / Max IW'd or if I should just keep looking: Legendary Fiery Rapier of the BansheeAssuming I don't have million(s) to spend on a new rapier near my level, anyway. I realize Fiery/Banshee leaves much to be desired, but the parry is high? As for stuff that is actually sellable: Legendary Amber Robe of NiflheimIs probably HGC? |

Having high parry is nice, but it is just a bonus - adb should be the highest priority, and adb is gonna be low without slaughter suffix. That rapier has about the same damage as a mediocre exquisite rapier of slaughter would have (considering only adb), so better to save fragments for something else.
