Doesn't matter much.
It's legendary and has good ADB.

Not worth 1M (well, it could probably sell @1M in a shop given enough time) but still pretty good for the level.

If it was holy it could probably fetch 5M or even more.
I doubt it's possible to get that much from other styles.
You need to find rich wind mages (at least 2) that prefer a plain prefixed peerless to a, much better, charged or radiant with good EDB.
Not that easy.
