ADB is too low, starting bid is possible, but not much more.
I also have no idea why all the ranges for non-slaughter seems way off, in the last 6+ months I have never seen boots with ADB lower than 12.3, which is ~0.84 of Pmax, more or less the min you can get for ADB, lower than that I honestly think it can only be post 0.82 patch broken equipment with incorrect scaling.
No way 10.63 is a valid 0.82 boots value in my opinion.

Depends on how much jug5 is valued.
Anyway, quite low level, good prof, probabile 1M, max 2M taking into account forge and IW.

But how likely is that no one has ever found boots worse than 40% ADB in nearly a year?

then those values are calculated. values overlap a lot with Mag and even with Exq ranges, and you may be right.

As long as such equips were reported it's not like we can do (or should do) anything.
Without Tenboro telling us which is the possible range we can only speculate about real ranges and wrongly generated equipments (this is an example of 0.82 equip with low ADB).

Yep, still incredibly strange that I could not find anything below 12.3 in the past year.
I remember helmet having wrong scaling after 0.82 (and that equip should have been generated soon after the patch) but I don't remember anything similar for boots.

it wont be sellable
