But since it's wind staff it would only be an intermediate step before a willow so it won't fetch a high price anyway.

Yeah. That savage fleet gloves may be worth something, perhaps. Shield needs to be legendary, but because of level may sell for cheap. Faster to convert to hgw

Well, not necessarily. MDB, Holy Spell Damage, Supportive Proficiency, INT and WIS are quite high.
It could be nice for a starter Holy Mage.
100 times better any unmatching holy staff for sure.

HGW or self-use if you don't have anything better and you want to suffer the pain of playing mage at <300 lvl.
Earth-walker is, by far, the worst suffix.

For staves, as long as the prefix or suffix matches the kind of staff, it can be used by a starter mage or self-used while you don't have anythign better like said above.

As it has a low level, you can try selling it for 50k, as it's the lowest amount it can sell for in auctions and is usually the base price for many equipment in the forums, but you can adjust it however you want.

I disagree. You need prof factor at 0.68 first as priority, then charged. I think this will not be enough for getting 0.68

Maybe it will sell to a beginning mage, but he/she shouldn't buy it.
