I suggest installing Superlatanium's
Percentile Ranges Script, so you can have an easier time checking if the rolls are good or bad.
The pants 86% prof is decent, but the slot is bad, as a 3+2 elemental mage would probably choose cap/gloves/shoes for their proficiency slot and use robe/pants for EDB, but it can still sell for a decent price due to the low level.
The robe with 36% is not really good, but it can be decent because of the low level. It still might not sell due to being a bad slot.

Some of my old, lightly forged mage gear. Something tells me these pieces are likely only worth their phazons and cloth...
Leg Shoes,
Leg Pants,
Leg Gloves, and a really old
Exq Robe.
They can be worthy a decent price due to being unassigned equipment, so a starting mage might want them, but if the offering price is lower than what you can get back by salvaging the pieces, just get the phazons and HGC back, as they will be much easier to sell/use.
