I got one that's pretty much the same as yours (lv 364, 35.64 base block, SDE, no prefix) when I was in my 360s because I needed a shield to equip while IWing my main one, for 100k, and sold back for 100k in a couple of weeks.
It was some months ago though, I don't know if now there's the same request.
tl;dr Just don't expect it to sell immediately, and it will probably go for 50k.

It's salvage material i fear. A shame for it's rolls are nice, but a vanilla magnificent is unlikely to sell.

Probably keeping it in my inventory will sometime give me some momey but i have no patience so it will go salvage (and i bought it for 50K without ever equipping it cause i got something better in the meantime).

Nope. Even if it has native Cold EDB, it has no (and it can't ever have) Cold/Destruction suffix. And it's Mag.

2. 500k up lvl low enough
3. too low block% =>salvage it
4. below 20k 2 PAB is horrible

I had this rapier that sucked because no STR and no prefix, but since I had to grind something for the fruits, accidentally a very nice IW came at the first try, is it worth something now? Or maybe as a gift?
