yes, this is quite valuable. 8-12m is possible. It's a matching staff with 40% MDB 65% EDB.

If you have about 80% of both stats, it is in the 20m area.

A redwood for wind will get nowhere near that amount of credits.
I honestly would expect 2-3M at most (even considering the low level) since most wind players will go for willows.

The real problem is crap mdb and bad edb & prof on top of not being willow.
Decent for self-use when starting to mage but that's it, it would be difficult to sell it for much.

Elementalist robe is good prof roll bad bad slot (sellable but don't expect much)
heaven-sent robe is decent slot but only average roll (same as above)
Cap is magnificent and not radiant/charged, not worth 50k I'd say.

not only. let's say that a Redwood Elec mage will trade some sure CR for some Elemental prof. or something like that, i guess. some mage will surely explain it better than me.
