I say the "wait" part due to members needing time to build up assets to buy it.

You should set around a 30 day period of getting the word out, and to allow this time.

You should start a thread just for this item, and bump it every few days.

Very few are going to show open interest on your thread for this, they will want to control a feeding frenzy.

because usually people pick credits and then convert them as they wish. you may also think about, saying, taking 100M and then opening a WTB for, still saying, 2M per piece + 1M for nice IW. now, you're asking to skip that passage. nothing wrong, but it's not granted that people who are interested in that piece will have the needed pieces to trade.

PHOH is somehow considered the most powerful item in the game - at least in the current meta. but too few have the funds to actually use it properly. and many of those users were just bidding for the token pot, so...

btw, selling it was the suggestion i gave you because a casual player won't see the difference with a legendary one. but he could see quite well the difference in credits that it may bring (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

Only because it's SDE and low level.
For 50-100k you can buy a Mag with 35.5-36 Block SDE.
This has 36 and it's Leg. It can go probably for up to 200k.

All staff are HGW.
All cloth are HGC. Except the Niflheim may be sellable in shop for 20k. But will not be easy sell.
The magnificient shield is HGW. The kite shield may sell because of low level, but not for much (max 50k)

It's just that accumulating 100M is an arduous task except for maybe 4 or 5 on the entire site.
A couple of those have declared no interest.

The rate 10B does overcomes fees and fluctuations in buying bitcoin.
If you get a star seller that uses an exchange, you end up with 3 or 4 dollars more than a seller that uses a bitcoin ATM.

The trade off is you wait an additional 7 days for the bitcoin to clear on his side, and risk the volatility in 7 days may kill his hundred dollars, and the trade will need to be extended for the next round.
Most sensible bitcoin buyers only leave 8 or 9 dollars in their accounts due to its a "non-backed" currency.

The plus for sellers using a bitcoin ATM is it's immediate minus an hour or so to confirm.
The minus is the automatic fee of an ATM which makes it very close to what 10B inflates the amount by.
