I'm affraid that the waki is not good enough to be sold for 50k. It can be a good weapon for DW, because of the level, but there is not a big market for that. Maybe put it in a shop? The magnificent power is maybe just low level enough to be interesting. You can expect this to sell in auction for 50-100k.

LOL you need an HV doctorate to understand that page, even thou rolls are given a definition,

the page still does not explain how to get the "Range of values", and page doesn't mention Armor!
So there is no way that I can from that page evaluate the value of an armor item.

it's not like you have to use all of those datas. just pick the ranges min/max and don't care about the others. they are more useful for coders and such, less for common users.

let's say you have a Mag rapier: go here https://ehwiki.org/wiki/Equipment_Ranges#Rapier
and start checking. ADB range is 38.93~46.08 if Slaughter, 30.03~35.41 in all the other cases. want to do a step more? take your roll into this equation:

-------------------- * 100
max_roll - min_roll

and check how good it is in relative terms. is your rapier a slaughter one, with 44 ADB? its roll is 71% max in its range, so it's pretty good.
btw, caution when you look at latanium's auction in such a way, since he usually picks only Leg ranges: if you find a Leg with extremely low percentiles it's a low stat, while if it's a Mag with extremely low percentiles it's a good Mag.

Hmm. The last topic on the Equipment Ranges page is Shields > Force. Which was a great read, but useless for the armor item I'm trying to evaluate.

I think the value calculation is broken, it forgets to take in "market value" (what sane people are willing to pay!)

I believe the market is trying to be manipulated by massively wealthy players, buying up all Bazaar and auction items to over inflate the market value.
But hell, I believe in many conspiracy theories like Chem Trails... because I'm old enough to remember (prior to '02~'07) when water Con Trails were Rare, always dissipated not leaving a trail from 1 horizon to the other!

@Goodman2011: The problem is the offer to demand ratio, Cloths and Staffs are the most hunted items in game and the price people can pay are really high.

Shop prices don't really matter, if there are users that will pay hundred thousands credits for some items those items will go at that price.

Some Staffs and Clothes for mages can be sold for hundreds of millions, price that are simply insane for any normal user.

If you can't get that far you have two choices, use what you can get or change battle style.
