"Base_Roll: Range of values that can appear on a piece of gear "
the page still does not explain how to get the "Range of values", and page doesn't mention Armor!
So there is no way that I can from that page evaluate the value of an armor item.
The only ROLL that is clear, is that I know that my ROLE is to ask again here. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I'm affraid that the waki is not good enough to be sold for 50k. It can be a good weapon for DW, because of the level, but there is not a big market for that. Maybe put it in a shop? The magnificent power is maybe just low level enough to be interesting. You can expect this to sell in auction for 50-100k.
