Prefix and suffix are nice in your case, but block rate is low =( You see previously were sold in auction for 50k shield with +30.99 and +30.25 block rate, while yours only has +28.56 ... I think your can sell it for ~25,000 in some custom shop, but for auction, imho, not good enough. Still not bad shield overly. =) |

Bucklers of non-Barrier are generally quite bad, but just due to the fact of yours being a low-medium level Legendary, there's a small chance of someone low-level being desperate enough (or uninformed enough) to want to buy it. |

More or less so, since the current price of High-Grade Cloth is around 19k. Probably easier to just salvage it and sell the materials (High-grade cloth, Scrap Cloth). |
