Since it's low level, has a good suffix and right PABs you may be able to get 500k or so, I guess.

38% base block SDE will go for 3+M easily.

With, a 36.something force shield probably wouldn't get more than 250-300k in an auction, even if SDE and low level.
I didn't consider IW though.

Is this bazaar junk or worth a bit more? Doesn't seem too good, but it's slaughter with prefix and I have absolutely no idea about 2handers or elements. So far every time I tried anything else than rapier things went kinda bad (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

Elemental Maces with low adb are trash if 300/350+

Low level, Fleet suffix (second best), Agile prefix (second best) and nearly Peerless ADB.
Unfortunately it's shade so you won't get much, but it's a very good drop.

You should be able to get 10M or more.

Yes.

3-10k is more likely to be a price for a low level. 40k it's a lot for a lv 200-, and it's not worth for an exquisite.

Some shops sell lv 250-350 mag shade for 5k, so (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)
