No doubt that it will sell for over the 7 digits, but as far as 10M go... i would not get my hopes up.
By observation i would say that not peerless rarity/usefulness gear that start at a very high prize don't sell or sell at the start bid. It's the heat of the "battle" that increases the prizes far higher than their value. Still that's a gamble of having more than one person that wants it and has been googling it for a while.

Don't think so, ADB is too crap and level is >400.
It's very difficult to sell leg with 45 ADB if they are >400 lvl, and I don't think an ethereal mag is better than an element leg with 3 ADB more.
