Afaik no, it's not possible, peerless oak + peerless gloves + peerless cap = ~0.99 (rough calculation)
You need ~22.35 base prof for 1.0, oak + gloves + cap = 22.24.
I would still take the EDB increase between pants and cap over 0.01 prof factor though (but, well, getting everything peerless is nearly impossible so gloves + pants or shoes + robe should be more common).

I'm aware of salvaging and whatnot, I just didn't pay attention to the market value of HGC since I play melee. And thanks for the compliment! I put a decent amount of effort into my sig.

As for not paying attention to HGC's market value, it's because I took a long break from the game and e-hentai in general because real life got in the way (moved twice last year, rough semester of college, etc), so I've forgotten some things and also I'm not really up with the current meta even though I'm high level. I'm not much of a gamer to begin with, anyways, so that kind of adds to my general confusion with HV.

Given almost all rolls of the first and the EDB and WIS of the second, if you can get 50k each you're already lucky, they aren't that good.

you don't really need 1.0 prof for holy since reia with around 0.98 prof factor can finish PFfest without imperil (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

Hardly noticeable considering that phase pants vs phase cap is ~2% more damage.

auction worthy.
they go from 50-250k generaly. Aucions are unpredicable. If you are lucky you will a lot get more but consider it around the 100-150k.

Mage gear, specially holy/dark are meant to be final level gear. Not only you need to pay attention to the rolls, but you need to forge them in order to reach the desired prof, etc. An exquisite can't handle that.
All of us when around that level, would look up to exquisites, since we would gladly use them, but exquisites are nothing but the "ok" base gear.
the moment that i felt the strongest in the game was around level 330, when i swapped 2 pieces together in my armor from exquisite to magnificent and the difference in performance was huge.
generally you will never see an exquisite in an auction, unless if an old collection gear,that no longer drops.
you can always keep them though and make a wts of your own where you sell them to whoever might want them.

Edit: (how on earth do you people manage to write with these devilish new devises? O_O)

From level 200 to 350 always consider
crude-fair-average: salvage
superior: bazaar
exquisite: salvage/bazaar/self-use/gift.

Even if you find an exquisite ethereal rapier of slaughter (for that level that's a godlike weapon to find), you won't be able to value it as the base bid for an auction.
