The shield just needs to be legendary with good block. Magnificent of the battlecaster? HGW.

because DEX is an evergreen. it boosts basically everything, except for HP/MP tanks. and shields tend to have high PAB rolls, so it would be a certain loss.
imo it's way more important than, saying, STR. it's obviously not unmissable. but personally, to stick with a shield without DEX i'd at least ask for it to be (close to) Peerless and really close to my level. Zircon prefix and Fireproof lv5 would be appreciated, but only a plus. the big deal would be all the rest. on the other hand, not particular demands for the suffix (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Quite good for a map power of protection. With that level, I think you will have no problems selling it. Whether you get more than 50k, that's a different question. Probably not.
