for those interested, back then Arcanist was a high-tier Negation. it means that it had the same Resist rolls, but also low ITR - in the same way Shadowdancer is sort of a high-tier Fleet. it was also in the same range of rarity. at a certain point, with one of the last patches, extra Resist was traded for the chance to have 6 PABs, but rarity chance hasn't been modified. at least, this is what ssss2's datas chronacles tells us. just saying.

If I remember correctly I think I read that it's better to repair a rare equipment before selling because it will be more profitable.

The ADB is about 30% so i don't think it would reach an high price, but it's the best type of katana anyway so it's sellable for sure.
