I can't make an estimation, since i suck in mage grear evaluation, but generally cap is one piece that for some mysterious reason does not sell too high.
Wind prof is 16.76 with max being 16.97 and the prefix is the correct one for pure mage wind. Evade is also high etc.
Dunno... I would dare say that it could go pass the 7 digits very easily, (so if you are lucky FAR more than X0.000.000)

my wild guess is because Cap is one of those slots that are the first candidates to be replaced with a proficiency piece - therefore an option do exist. for the same reason, ie a Robe of proficiency won't sell.

Cap is pretty bad since you probably want a cap (or pants) to reach 0.7 prof with Willow.
If the rich wind mages already have a cap prof they may not put a bid.

I won't be surprised if it doesn't go over 10m.
