But I want to be the king of fire.

So tbh I don't really need this anymore.

Question: Would it be annoying to just send this to the auction with a ridiculously high price that probably nobody wants to pay and to have it there available every week until someone was insane enough to purchase it?

I get that it's probably better in a shop if I'm setting a price every time, but like... Would it be annoying? It's not exactly a shit equip: is it bad to have it there if it's out of your price range?

Don't do that. Put it in auction once. Or if you must, twice max: first with reasonable start price, 2nd without start price.

It will sell, I'd just put it in auction.

how is it even possible? i saw a few times -1%, but i assumed it was due to rounding errors in the tool.

i see that the ranges values on the server were updated 17 days ago.
is this update a manual activity Superlatanium does?

No one but Tenboro knows what the minimum value for legendary quality is, I used to own a -15% equipment
How did the 9% come about? If you read the description of the Live Percentile Ranges sctipt you can know, it means that the base value of this equipment is lower than the minimum known base value 0.09*(max_exist - min_exist)

If you see a forged or IWd modern equip with stats above 100% or below 0% on a stat unaffected by forging and IW, Jenga's database won't parse it: please PM me instead, and I'll add it to the database manually.

If Super updates it goes to 0%, but unfortunately, this feature has disappeared, Super and Jenga are basically inactive anymore, so we can only use the existing values.
