It is good. Not exactly the most expensive piece you can get, especially on level 400+, but it is a shade + shadowdancer combination, which is sought for in light armor. Agile is worse than Savage, but better than nothing.
Pretty nice item for such low lever requirement.

yes. the phases are pretty decent. They will sell in auction. The shade, I think it's not good enough, wrong suffix. The ballance boots seem quite good, keep using them. The rapier, is that off hand for DW? Then it's okay. If it's main hand, then replace.

I've got this from RoB. It says -phase- so I guess it is sellable, didn't figure out the desired stats on cloth equips yet (it one has Elec EDB 13%, but Evd 89%).

Script? HV Utils. What else?

Good rapier but stats are low and your level is already getting too high. Sellable in auction, but not for much.

Nope, lol. Two Hand are probably the least popular/valuable weapon type atm. Don't think I've ever seen a Mace sell for more than minimum bid that wasn't Peerless. Rolls on that aren't good either.

What percentile script shows you is % ranges for your exact item you have. So among magnificent shortswords of slaughter yours got 94% damage range of maximum it can get.

Compared to other types? Check this: Equipment Ranges Weapons.
Damage is in the legendary range, while parry is quite below. What you make of it is up to you.

Unrelated to stat ranges, this weapon has no prefix, means even after hollowforge it only has void strike. While usable for now, definitely look for something else.
