very nice. Hard to say... parry is so low that it's not end-end-game. But it would be usable for a long time. On the other hand, this will sell easily after you use it for 50 levels or so. Price is hard to predict for low level. Maybe 1m?

Something i noticed that I'm now curious about is that the Legendary Rapier has worse PABs other than Dex compared to the Mag Shortsword I'm currently using, even though there's a level difference and the Rapier's PABs percentiles are pretty good (91%, 77%, 91%) compared to the Shortsword's which are pretty meh (6%, 40%, 14% ).

This rapier is better, I'd say. should be worth something if you sell it. But I'd suggest you use it.
