The difference in elemental strikes is not worth keeping an equipment at IW9 instead of IW10, especially when the schoolgirls are imperiled anyway.

If the prefix and the suffix are not matching, irregardless of the staff quality and type, it will be useless.

zircon is bad prefix, and the fire edb roll is very bad. Because of its low level it could be used by a beginner someone which is likely to use robe slot for prof. In conclusion, it's not a good item.
