"no mithril" because prefix doesn't add absolutely nothing. even elemental prefixes would be better.

but - as noni said - still a good item. expect something around 20 M

Are you serious? Excellent counter-resist and depr prof, that's already very good for the main use of a Willow.
Even though overall its PXP is a bit low.

generally, kites don't fly... Level is way too high for this shield.

Maybe, but not more than 100-200kC. It can only ever be mildly interesting for someone who is still dragging his obsolete Mag force shield at Lvl325 and he's also sitting on a huge pile of soul fragments.
